Hay on Wye Friday 14th – Sunday 16th May 2010
Venue: The Baskerville Hall Hotel, located in Clyro, 1 mile from the historic town of
Hay on Wye. http://www.baskervillehall.co.uk
Program:
Friday 14th
Arrival from 10.00am
Set up camp/welcomes
Social evening
Saturday 15th
Breakfast
Ride out, (approx 100 km) with lunch stop
at Britain’s most haunted pub t “The Skirrid Mountain Inn”
Evening Bar-B-Q, activities and prize giving
Sunday 16th
Breakfast
Farewells
Entry fee: £15 per person to include: Breakfast Saturday/Sunday, Saturday lunch
(Continental style) and Saturday evening Bar-B-Q.
Camping is available at a cost of £ 6.00 per person per night. Hotel rooms are available from £39.00 per person per night, bed and breakfast. Please book your hotel accommodation direct to the hotel on: +44 (0)1497 820033 (please book early to avoid disappointment).
