Hi all. I'm sorry i'm not a frequently user of this forum, but view sometimes. It's (maybe) a wonder, but my XT '82 runs like hell with no real problems, only the known, low urgent ones. Or it shoud be the oil consumption of 1:1500, but not a urgent reason to restore i think.

But maybe a silly question: is there a diffrence between the volume of the steel tank (until '79) and the alu ('80 > )?
Alu shoud be 8,8 L
Steel?

according to the service manual '76, the steel tank should be 8,5L.
