...here you find some pictures:

But I can send you some more if you like.
I'm sure it is a different casting compared to the DreiBuchstabenMann part.
Hans are you sure about this? I've never heard about this. I believe he used his "own" casting and also sold these to others.

There was a discussion about it some years ago, but I don't remember where. Ask Kuntzinger, maybe he knows more about it.

and what about the solidity of these cylinders..

Thank you for the photos,
indeed it strongly resembles the JPX, fins above the chain tensioner, reinforcement between fins ....
here is a JPX (in the middle) and two Rayer....
the fabrications between the two are completely different.
i will ask around about JPX nikasil....

...nice photos, thanks!
The DreiBuchstabenMann-cylinders are very reliable, but the machining by 3BM is quite poor, the Pami configuration together with a CP or JE piston is much better.

...I posted some new pictures here:

In my opinion it must be a JPX...

In 2011 I bought a Mahle piston which was finished by Helmut Wahl to 93.5mm and prepared for 88mm stroke without the need of an additional cylinder gasket (2mm).
It has a complete weight of 476g incl. clips, rings and piston pin.
Cylinder is definitely RAHIER.
The price for the custom made piston was 318€ incl. taxes.
Kind regards, Theo
PS: I have a second Rahier kit which has done more than 100.000km up to now with first piston and rings, still needs only little amount of oil

thank you for your experience.
Mr Rahier Gaston was a pilot.....
Mr Rayer Christian, a kit maker....
in terms of the longevity of the kit and its sobriety in oil is strongly due to the famous U-flex scraper segment of a special technology .... and unfortunately not found nowadays ...
but the cylinder is not a Rayer, far from it.
maybe a JPX but I have doubts if it is not a reported shirt....
namely mr Rayer is still selling 2 or 3 kits which will have a 94mm Wossner piston...
and shirts...

I'm only talking about the cylinder itself, whoever casted them ...
... not the machining...
I've never heard that one of these cylinders cracked...

Hi,
I ve compare my proto 94mm by Wossner and your plan and a 89mm Wossner piston (8505)....
Your plan look exactly like the 8505. Expect the diameter of course....
And looking the two piston I easy find who one is lighter than the other....
So I ll made a mix....
A 8505 with a less curved dome (compression 9:1) and diameter 93.5....
Thanks for your expérience !
