Hi

I'm in the process of bying offroad tires for the enduromania classic in august.

Does anyone have experience with what size I should go for on the rear wheel?

110/80-18 or
120/80-18 ?

On the front I'm going for 90/90-21

The tires in question are Pirelli MT21.

At the moment I have MT70's and they are 130/80-18, but it seems like it has been scraping the exhaust.

My rear tyre is a 120/80-18, fits very well.

And MT 21 is an excellent tyre, IMHO.

For the very narrow original rim-size of 1.85", I would recommend not to exceed 110/80.

So for a road tyre you would recommend 110-80 and for offroad 120-80?

Because On-Road tyres are MUCH more sensible to rim size, for a 1.85" rim a 120/80-low-section tyre comes very "round", an may have a bad grip when cornering.
Offroad tyres do not cause such problems.
